Cherry Large Gravy Maker

This is our Large Gravy Maker. It is used in a slow sweeping pattern to create your favorite gravies or roux. The flat working blade scrapes the bottom of the pan and creates a turbulent wake, stirring your mixture to a smooth and creamy consistency. Don't overheat your mixture though, it can still get clumpy if not cooked correctly! Each piece is unique, and variations will occur in grain pattern and color. Size dimensions are approximate because of the handmade nature of the products.
