Cherry Small Gravy Maker

This is our Small Gravy Maker. It is used in a slow sweeping pattern to create your favorite gravies or roux. The flat working blade scrapes the bottom of the pan and creates a turbulent wake, stirring your mixture to a smooth and creamy consistency. Don't overheat your mixture though, it can still get clumpy if not cooked correctly! This wood has extreme color variations. Some will be without any dark color; some will be all dark color. Each piece is unique, and variations will occur in grain pattern and color. Size dimensions are approximate because of the handmade nature of the products.
